The normal MOQ is 7–8 metric tons. The final quantity depends on the destination port, shipping logistics, and container-loading requirements.
Yes. We first agree your quality requirements, then prepare a representative sample evaluated case by case. Buyers normally cover courier or freight charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. Repeat orders ordinarily do not require a new sample unless the specification, lot, or parties require one.
Sorting and packaging normally take two weeks after order confirmation and contract signing. This is preparation time; the shipping schedule and transit time are separate.
Products are packed in 25 kg or 50 kg double-woven bags, according to the agreed order requirements.
Kulan primarily works under CFR and CIF, with FOB available by negotiation. T/T and CAD are preferred payment methods, while D/P may also be negotiated. Final terms are recorded in the applicable contract or proforma invoice and remain subject to order review.
